Create ShooterID cards from the AttackSense Commander app
ShooterID is a great way of enabling repeat visitors to a range to recall their profile to continue training. This allows the AttackSense Commander app to log shooting history against users and track progress across repeat visits.
The core of ShooterID is a QR code that uniquely identifies the shooter, but can also carry additional information like the shooter’s name and callsign or their preferred difficulty level. By scanning this code at the start of a session, AttackSense allows the shooter to be easily selected during that session If multiple shooters are using the same range. This ensures all round history for the shooter’s session is stored in the database, allowing the shooter to recall previous rounds and view their performance over time.
Until now, ShooterID codes could either be used by the samples given with each system or by using the ShooterID app, making access to ShooterID not always possible. Now, the AttackSense Commander app is capable of generating physical cards that can be printed on any laser or inkjet printer, or can generate files that can be given to a card printer to produce personalised cards that are professionally printed. This allows sites and ranges to provide ShooterID cards to each new user or to enrol ShooterID into their site membership programme.
Access to ShooterID card production is through the main app settings menu, where the ShooterID cards can be selected either as a PDF comprising 10 pages ( 100 cards ) or as a CSV file for personalisation. Currently cards are printed using a default template, but in the future we will support standard Avery product templates. If the site logo is uploaded into the app, then as well as presenting the logo in the Top Scores tables, ShooterID cards are also personalised with the logo too.
